“The right kind of breakfast is so important to fuel your body throughout the day. The body has been in fasting mode throughout the night and therefore blood/sugar will be low. The right nutrients are needed to balance blood /sugar giving you more energy and reducing stress levels.
I would recommend foods such as oats,seeds,nuts, yogurt,eggs and fruit. #breakfast.
