​​An initial consultation that will take approximately 90 minutes where I will carry out a full health and lifestyle assessment exploring your medical history, current food intake, portion sizes, food preferences and activity levels.
We will explore your relationship with food, body image, diet history and eating patterns.
We will talk though your purpose and vision and develop a strategy to help you reach your goals.​

Based on your assessment, I will prepare a bespoke nutritional plan, exercise regime and supplement plan – all backed by science.
The plan will be designed to help you achieve your desired weight, in addition to other goals you may have (e.g. cholesterol lowering, increasing energy levels, etc).We will discuss how to implement this, adapting it to your lifestyle.

Two 30 minute follow-up consultations where we will review your weight changes and food diary.
Discuss ways to overcome obstacles/challenges, and set goals going forward.
